All orders are sent in discreet packaging. Hair Solution's uses Australia Post for all deliveries. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is to be at home during business hours. If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left so you can pick it up from your closest post office, if you are getting receipted delivery.
Sometimes cards get accidentally discarded, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, check with your local post office first.

- All orders in excess of $100 will be sent ’Signature Required' and will require a signature upon delivery.
- Orders placed before 11am AEST will be sent that day via the postage service you selected.
- All orders placed after 11am AEST will be processed and sent next business day.
Hair Solutions cannot guarantee that Australia Post will meet their published delivery times, even for Express Post for every order. Therefore, we are unable to guarantee that the Express Post service provided by Australia Post is a next day service. We aim to dispatch all orders received before 2pm (Monday to Friday) the same day, however at times some orders do not arrive in the published delivery window, which is out of Hair Solution's control. We appreciate your understanding in the event this occurs as we aim to provide customers with the fastest delivery times.

Express postage (via Australia Post):
- Melbourne Metro: Allow 1-2 working days
- All other areas: Allow 1-3 working days
Delivery times quoted are from the date of despatch, not from the date of order. Hair Solutions observes Victorian public holidays and this may affect your despatch date.
30 Day Returns Policy
Change of mind
If you have changed your mind about something you have ordered, you will need to send it back to us unopened and unused and in the original packaging for refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable.
If the item you have received is faulty please contact us with a description of the problem and a photo if possible.
Incorrect item/damaged on arrival
If you have received an item that wasn’t what you ordered, or it arrived damaged, please take a photo and contact us ASAP.
